About the Dancing Bear Healing Center
The Dancing Bear® Alternative Healing Center was founded in 1994 in San Jose, California by Dr. Beverly Lawrence. In 1997 she moved it moved to Los Altos, California. In 2002 she moved to Chandler, Arizona, where it was renamed the Dancing Bear Healing Center. In 2020 it went online only due to the pandemic. Dr. Beverly moved to Cottonwood, AZ. In July of 2023, she reopened the center to seeing patients face-to-face again, continued the online services, and added concierge appointments within the Cottonwood city limits.

- Neuropathy: this issue is important to address as soon as poddible. Ignoring neuropathy can lead to serious loss of mobility and even death if ignored

Dr. Beverly is a holistic medical intuitive with over 30 years of helping people heal. Her father lost both his feet and eventually died because of improperly (i.e., ignored) neuropathy issues. It is now her passion to help people at least stop this debilitating condition from worsening and if possible reversing it as much as possible.

About Our Founder
Beverly Lawrence, Ph.D., M.Ac., MH, C.A.Ht., CSC, CCP, L.Ac., is the founder of the Dancing Bear Healing Center (DBHC). She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Arizona (CV is here). She also Founded the Dancing Bear Alternative Healing Center in California (1995-2002). Then she moved to Arizona and changed the name. She is also a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist, Hypno Anesthesiologist, Certified in Naturopathy, and Spiritual Counselor. She is a Certified Colorpuncture ® Practitioner and trained Acutonics ® practitioner.
Dr Beverly also founded the Dancing Bear Enlightenment Academy in late 2020, and ADBO Consulting in 1995.

Patient Appointments
Our current office has no lobby so we cannot accomodate walk-ins or guests. We see patients by appointment ONLY. We also now make house calls in the City of Cottonwood only. Visit the Services page for our current offerings.
For in-Person appointments we must have a "New Patient" session first. This does not include a treatment and takes about 1.5 hours. You can fill out the necessary forms by using our Forms page.
