Consultation Services
The DBHC 2-hour screening is a time-based professional service that requires preparation and review of your intake.
Refund Eligibility
- Before intake review begins: If you request cancellation before your intake is received and reviewed, you may request a refund minus any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).
- After intake review begins: Once your completed intake has been received and review/preparation has begun, refunds are not provided.
- After the session: No refunds are provided once the consultation has been delivered.
Rescheduling
Appointment rescheduling must be completed through Calendly. A rescheduling link is included in the original appointment confirmation and reminder emails sent by Calendly.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice are not refundable.
Contact & Processing
Refunds and cancellations must be submitted through ThriveCart.com, which handles payment processing via Stripe.com. Refund processing typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on the payment method.
